Heat pumps air-to-air

Air-to-air heat pumps are primarily designed for ventilation and air conditioning installations with central air conditioning that have high energy losses/gained.

The effect of the heat pump provides, depending on operating conditions, 2 to 5 times less consumption of electrical power compared to achieved thermal energy. This is especially important in a ventilation system where preparation of fresh air requires a high-energy consumption. Exhaust air is an excellent heat source (sink).

By transforming the energy of exhaust air coming from ventilation system, we can achive three to five times lower energy consumption compared to direct heating which allows the high-performance of our systems, energy saving and high fats return of the investment.

Air-to-air heat pumps are manufactured as a compact and a split system.

Our air-to-air pumps can be designed as

  • Compact and split local air conditioners. Depending on their purpose, local air conditioners can contain additional hot water exchangers or electric heaters, air cartridges, additional reinforcement and complete automation of the process.
  • Air conditioning cabinet and the duct air-conditioning cabinets, and duct air-conditioning systems designed as the compact or split systems. Those systems can contain additional hot water exchangers or electrical heaters, the mixing air box, additional reinforcement and complete automation of the process.
  • Aggregates that are an integral part of the air distribution channels, designed as the compact or split systems.
  • Recuperative aggregates for the use of waste heat for central ventilation and other systems
  • Industrial aggregates for maintaining of technological processes, condensing dryers etc.

    Recovery of waste energy by dedicated heat pumps

    Heat pumps used for ventilation systems utilize heat energy of exhaust air and transform energy into the fresh air. This enables return of a large part of discarded energy with low power consumption. This process makes aggregates cost-effective and very economical.

    Aggregates can be used in all installations that operate with a higher fresh air percentage.
