Monitoring fermentation temperate and maintaining ideal wine temperature range is an important part of producing high quality wines. VINUM are aggregates used for cooling liquids, water or propylene glycol, during the wine fermentation, stabilization, maturation and aging.
VINUM type aggregates are Freon-based air-to-water (air-to- glycol) systems. They can be manufactured as a compact or a split system. The Freon-based air-to-water split system is composed of its outdoor compressor/condenser component and an indoor evaporator.
Our aggregates are designed to maintain the wide temperature range of liquid refrigerant, from -8°C to +20°C. This design allows the universal application of our aggregates for the following cases:
In addition to VINUM, every installation contains the following components:
Cooling capacity of the system is from 9 to 400kW.

To handle with it is easy. It is enough to connect the aggregate with a flexible hose for the water supply and power supply and bring it close to the place of operation. For a period of about 10 minutes, there will be enough water vapor for use. The steam hose is simply inserted into the vessel or irrigated on the connection, valve or other. It is important to pay attention that no overpressure is greater than 0.5 - 1 (bar) that can damage the vessel or aggregate.
